Organized by the CATCH4D project team, the first energy advice day for Nordstad owners took place on 14. November, the first energy advice day for Nordstadt homeowners took place. Four energy consultants from the dlze – Service Center for Energy Efficiency and Climate Protection of the City of Dortmund and from private Dortmund offices were available for one day in the „Dietrich-Keuning-Haus“ to provide initial advice on energy-efficient refurbishment. The participating owners were given an exclusive first insight into theWebGIS application of the 3D thermography model and received individual advice on energy-efficient refurbishment measures, funding opportunities and possible next steps based on the thermal images of their properties.
The first part of the pilot phase for the use of the 3D thermography model in energy consulting was thus successfully completed. The project team received many useful tips for the further development of the WebGIS and consistently positive feedback on the event from owners and advisors.
